"Ron" Lewis, Owner/CEO
Kierondal (Ron) Lewis is the owner and CEO of Lewis Firearms Training. He is a seasoned Firearms Instructor, a licensed LTC Instructor, a licensed NRA Certified Pistol/Rifle Instructor, a Range Safety Officer, and an active member of the National African American Gun Association (NAAGA). He has been training people on the laws of safety, including the proper techniques for carrying and shooting firearms since 2018.
Training, helping others gain knowledge using firearms for protection, hunting, stationary targets, and moving targets has become a talent of Ron's. He enjoys training and mentoring new enthusiastic shooters, including the ethical responsibilities of safe gun handling, improving the basic skills of shooters, and properly cleaning and storing firearms.
Ron is a licensed barber who has owned and operated Cuttin Up Barber Shop in Tyler, TX for 30 years. His experience of starting his business from the ground up has taught him dedication and commitment. He is also a devoted husband of over two decades, a loving father of three beautiful daughters, and a grandfather of four amazing grandchildren. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Tomika Lewis is the COO of Lewis Firearms Training. She is a native of Houston, born and raised. Tomika has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work. Her extensive knowledge is working in the Criminal Justice field with many years working in Education. Her dedication and vision have helped mold Lewis Firearms Training alongside her husband and owner, Ron. Tomika juggles the best of both worlds involving work and family life. Separate from her daily duties, Tomika's driven passion for Lewis Firearms Training is scheduling LTC classes, bookkeeping, and processing.
Ron and Tomika are the parents of three children and reside in Tyler, Texas.
